The Sons and Daughters of Robin Hood

Beautiful song. Robin Hood had long been known as a great archer. A long time ago, good King Richard was called to war. He left his kingdom in the care of his brother, Prince John. But Prince John was nothing like his brother. He was selfish and greedy. Poverty and hunger swept the land. Robin Hood decided to come to the people's aid while King Richard was absent. Robin gathered around himself strong men who were kindhearted, too. Together, they made a hiding place in Sherwood Forest and , dressed like woodsmen, they called themselves Robin's Merry Men.
